i doubt they are satellite trails, unless geosynchronous

satellites would usually have moved a lot faster

and create actual trails instead of little spots

and @burnt nimbus something you could try is going into photoshop with selective colour, selecting the colour of the pixels

this should make a selection of each pixel in the photo with that colour

then you can desaturate and decrease the luminance of those selected pixels

you could also mask out the general area of the trail as well, to avoid it affecting other areas of the image with similar colour, such as blue stars
