Hey everyone due to my work schedule and other things going in life im not able to use my equipment anywhere near as much as I want to. This and not being the best at image processing has made me lose my interest at the hobby and im simply looking to get back some of the money I spent. I have a full astrophotography setup made primarily for short focal length nebula images. It is mostly portable around 30lbs with all gear+counterweights, tripod and mount.

This setup is practically new as I have only used it about 5 times. The mount has been backlash adjusted, regreased, and also updated with the latest firmware. I also have installed a new stepper motor for the RA axis and it usually guides around 0.60 to 1.70 depending on seeing. The imaging setup has a pixel scale of around 4.15 so guiding is ridiculously easy. The only downside to this is being undersampled but drizzling can help with this during stacking.

It is easy to balance DEC but RA needs a heavier counterweight or something added around the knobs. The payload is a little over 5lbs but the mount only came with 4.4lbs of counterweight.

This is a US BASED sale although I prefer local pickup I don't mind shipping just not internationally unless willing to pay whatever shipping cost.

I'm open to selling parts individually but would much rather sell the whole kit I have attached images of the setup below and the images I have got with it. If you have any questions feel free to contact me, I paid 3000$ USD for everything im letting it go for $1700 if purchased in full or slightly more if parted out. over 5" might be a tad bit much depending on the QC of the one you get

for something like a 6" I'd go with the EQM35 or EQ5 pro as a starter, HEQ5 if you got money
