My friend from work is selling this and doesn't know what it's worth

Sorry I'm on post number 3 figuring out what to buy! He has been told the stand itself is worth £250 odd. Is that right? Would this telescope be good too?
If it is worth getting what price should I offer?

I haven't got a telescope yet and want a good starter set where I can learn and work my way up to astrophotography in the future! Thanks nerds!

So yeah it is worth about 250 probably less like 200

I don't know much about that specific telescope. Its probably alright for visual but not astrophotography
