I wouldn‘t say that, much rather because it‘s not the right season to image it.

I also think it‘s relatively big for a planetary nebula, not like the ring nebula or cat‘s eye nebula

I got it on my evoguide 50ed and now coming from almost a year with astro, its relativly decent sized in that.
