Hello everyone.

I have a bit of astrophotography experience, shooting the moon, the andromeda galaxy and orion with a 450d through my 130p. But now I'd like to upgrade my setup a little. Therefore, I am hoping that someone can suggest a setup for astrophotography for a maximum of about 700 Euros. Cheers.

Try to get a tracking mount, I would say eq5/eqm35 minimum.
If you get used stuff and have a bit left over, get a coma corrector and perhaps get a guide setup later

Okay lets make this simple. You can get the Evoguide 50Ed and SWSA 2i. You could attach your DSLR camera to it

900€ new, 700€ or less for used

Within budget

I dont get why are there so much people who put dslr's that weight like a kilo or a bit more on mounts that hold 10

Because the mount is the most important thing

Also i think medve recomended the eq5 because of the 130p

A eq 5 or eqm 35 is also something I was looking at. I think it gives me more choices to upgrade my gear in the future. That being said, should I look for a version that has goto or no?

Look at goto versions

You dont want to use a manual eq mount for astrophotography
