#Jupiter and Saturn data

saturn was a bit more challenging but alright
you can even see the Cassini division
yeah rgb align had to be done
i don't feel anything is orangy, at least that's how i got used to see all saturn and jupiters photos on my monitors
i have already deleted the data from my computer ๐ maybe it's best if i record a clip how i did it
give astrophoto a go
yes and no for the denoise, i generally avoid it
what are astrophotos and affinity photos
*astrosurface, sorry went dumb yesterday
Affinity photo is just a photo editor like Photoshop.
my attempt with the new data thanks for sharing
just registax to sharpen thats all ;D
quick 5mins of sliding bars and seeing what looks best
maybe cropping it is better?
nvm
a bit bigger
ye i dont know either i wish i did
what equipment do you use
ah nice
this is my first saturn pic i shot last night with 200p and dslr 2x barlow
its pretty trash
yours is way better
do you know the elevation of saturn
how many degree above horizon
stack ๐
it was 5 degree above horizon so i think that was the issue too the wobble was insane
hopefully
it was shot with a dslr
2x barlow too
fuji xt2
got this with the same setup on the moon though
daytime btw
thx :DD
is it sharper than my previous image would you say?
cant remember but i shot in 4k 30fps
ye ill check collimation
this moon was at like 15 degrees compare to the one above thats at like 60
ok ye ill try that thx
i think seeing condition make a world of a difference
np looks really good
i basically just did the same but make sure to rgb align and balance in registax
oh like how i processed mine?
oh i just did multiple recordings of saturn and stacked the frames
i would do the same i think
just with better focus and collimation
and better dslr settings
i dont know if seeing would be better though cause its still quite low
๐ญ
doesnt rise until later in the year ::(
like 5-10
ye
