Collected some L-enhance data on the Lagoon last night and combined it with my broadband data I took with my T5. Love this comp and I like the result, did like 3 variants but this one has the most pronounced Ha.

What computer do you use? Starnett doesn’t work on Siril for me

Have you tried setting the directory in SiriL to the starnet file?

#

Make sure it's the non GUI starnet.exe

This one

lost solstice

Yea

#

Command line nor the GUI works

rapid juniper
#

What SiriL version are you running?

lost solstice
#

1.20

rapid juniper
#

Hmm, that's weird.

#

I guess you could try reinstalling everything.

lost solstice
#

I’ll try that later if it doesn’t work I guess it’s just the computer not the app

Get a fresh start and then search up if other people have a solution.

#

They also may have troubleshooting for such a situation on sirils website

Siril

A little more than a year ago, we released version 1.0.0 of Siril. This version number, highly symbolic, symbolized the age of maturity of a software that we believe had become stable and powerful. Since then, many updates came to improve little by little this version 1.0 by fixing many bugs and by bringing small improvements. In parallel to the...

Oh shi, sorry my guy kekw , I use a QHY 5L-II mono and the SVBONY 30mm guidescope (cheap, but for a little more you could get something sleeker/better quality tho it's not bad at all) and PHD2 to control everything.

3d printed dew shield, I haven't needed a dew heater for it at all. Even in the dead of summer where humidity is mad high.

Yii, phd2 connects to the guider and the guider connects to the mount via ST4.

Ok so you have one cable going to the mount and one into your laptop. And then the cam is connected to the laptop as well I'd guess? (sry for all the questions I'm like starting to take this hobby mor sireosly but don't know how to xD)

rapid juniper
#

Yea lol no worries, it's a bit confusing at first. But yea the guider connects to the laptop via USB while also connected to the mount via ST4. The laptop sends guide pulses to the mount through the guider (since the laptop cant directly connect to the mount).

Ok ok so you you have everything connected. Then you polar align I'd say (or tppa idk), turn on the mount, find the target and frame it and then start guiding. Yea? xD

rapid juniper
#

Yea I use polar drift align in phd2 which works nicely. I level the tripod, turn on the mount (after plugging in everything) then start the polar alignment, align to my target and begin calibration in phd2 and then it starts guiding.
