Thats the thing. Manual eq mounts have a giant gear where a motor goes. A star tracker doesn't.
You gotta open it up and stuff, take the gears out

You'd also need to figure out how to replace the one on the RA axis
You can get dual axis guiding quite easily, split the ST4 and get the Dec pulses going to a mod on the Dec
