I found this telescope and i am thinking that i should get it ( i Never seen a telescope in real life ) and i don't know if i should get it and is the price good, It's like 700 dollars if you want ask for more information. And should i get one of those motorized stand for long exposure photos?

Can i see a lot o galaxies
If i would connect a camera and let it 2-3 minutes will it make a good photo of andromeda galaxy
Can i take long exposure photos with the telescope or do i need some special equipment

Depends on ur bortle level. And no you can't take long exposure ad a matter of fact you can take milli second exposures, you need an equatorial platform or an eq mount for long exposure

And if i take like 3 second long exposure and stack like 100 do i get color
And quality s little more that a normal photo
Do i get more quality if i stack them
