Between those the ST80 is the better one, but I would recommend an Orion starblast 4.5” tabletop dob. It would be a much better experience. The obvious problem is that it’s way more expensive. If you don’t want to step up the budget, (completely understandable) then either the ST80 or a pair of 7x50 binoculars will be great.

The starblast works without a tripod, you basically just set it on a table or something like that. It sounds inconvenient but when you try it it isn’t too bad

the Orion st80 is much better than the observer 70 between those two i will go for st80 you can buy the tripod separately like a camera tripod.
