Hi, i want to buy my first telescope i want something good but not very expencive, something around 150/200 USD.
I was thinking about Orion SkyScanner 100mm f/4 and National Geographic N 114/500 compact Dobosnian telescope. Are those good or should i buy something else?

For a beginner who wants to start visual astronomy, a dobsonian is the best choiche. It's really recomended to start ATLEAST with a 5", but if you can, always go for bigger. I'd get the 6" dob for a first scope. That will keep you in the hobby for a long time
i think you can find a 6" dob for 200$ used.

I bought myself the suction phone holder. Not the greatest tbh, a bit annoying to use but if it works it works
