What should I do? Do I need increase number of stacked images? I captured 1364 frames and stacked 20%. Should I go to 5000 frames or even 10 000 frames?

not sure what your situation is but if you're old enough I'd recommend getting a summer job because with that you'd be able to get a great star tracker/dslr setup and you'd be able to take better pictures than I could've with a phone, if you're an adult try saving little by little and start small again with a star tracker and a dslr and slowly add up to it, if you realize that this is not for you you can easily sell the gear. Holly crap, I just did a test with my phone using another camera app and dang this camera is definitely not usable. Normally this phone won't go over ISO 800 and 1/3 shutter but the other app lets me go to 1/2 and 16000 (the app specifically supports my phone) and I have significantly spicy pixels everywhere way above the normal noise too.
