not a problem :O the main issue is xiangling does the most dmg from her burst which takes a lot to charge up, so shes pretty much attached to bennett in "proper" team comps (also bc they have really good synergy and he can buff her a lot)

since you dont have him, i'd probably try to run her w smthn like barbara heizou fischl

as far as shields go, noelle's actually a pretty poor shield,, it doesnt last for very long and breaks somewhat easily but if you'd like to use her there, she'd have a bit more use than ningguang
