Zhongli Q is just too long of a cast time for that

2. Your sequence of buffs is fine, but you really need to be quicker with it. When the PMA is in the air, don't be afraid of laying down your skills, since they're not really there to do damage anyway

I don't really know too much about Itto sadly, but you probably want to cast E first before ulting to pre-funnel his next Q.
