think of it like this
-cs average of team lower than enemy = objective bounties = more gold

• supports like janna, rakan , karma who dont really need gold to do well and just leave lane and constantly gank other lanes
• smite is taken to steal buffs, camps and objectives
• objective bounty system is broken and now a roaming top support with smite can win u the game from a gold advantage even though the game thinks that the enemy is in the lead cuz cs dif
