lyney is good but you already have a lot of pyro dpses so adding another wont really expand your roster, its best to get other supports like furina or xilonen to name a few

so lets look at the first team for now

#

hu tao weapon stays with staff of homa since its her bis
as for xingqiu it would be best to have him on sac sword r5
kazuha keeps his freedom sworn but if you have energy issues you want to have bennett or xingqiu on fav(tho r2 is low, you'll get more refines in the future to make it more consistent so its still a good investment)
and for bennett you have 3 options in this case

is give him the mist splitter tho keqing wont be able to use it
give him fav, which helps overall energy requirements
get sapwood blade from vanarana(its a long world quest but the reward will be good), since it provides er and high base attack which are both what bennett wants

nahida keeps her bis
fischl keeps the first great magic(while the passive doesnt really work, its still a great stat stick for her)
and jean would want the second sac you can refine it up since you have extras

for now prioritize leveling each unit to 80/80. 80/90 if you can then 90/90 later but before 90/90
i would advise this order:
level the characters to 80/80 or 80/90
on their talent days, farm their talents to level 8 for the needed ones(i will list later which are important to level)
on weapon days, farm their weapons to 90/90
then you can either level them to 90 or atleast the important ones
or start farming artifacts

as for the talents to level
hu tao - NA talent > skill, you can leave burst at 6
xingqiu - burst > skill
kazuha - you dont need to farm his talents it does nothing
bennett - burst >>>> skill, just leveling burst is enough
keqing - all three i dont really know the order but eventually you'd want them all at 8/9
nahida - skill >= burst
jean - burst
fischl - skill > burst

it buffs the party based on the elements that are present on the party

#

so if you have pyro and electro for example, it buffs based on those elements according to its talent description

#

so for this team it basically lessens the intervals of her skill damage

artifacts for each unit goes like this
tao - cw or shime whichever you have
kazuha - vv
bennett - noblesse
xingqiu - emblem
fischl - golden troupe
nahida - deepwood
keqing - gilded dreams or thundering fury
jean - vv

for the vv pieces and noblesse and cw its best to just strongbox them

if you are going for thundering fury on keqing as well, i would suggest to just strongbox them

and just farm the domains for
emblem
deepwood
and golden troup

#

since those are the most efficient domains and can give you future pieces for future units

character and expanding your roster is always the better option than pulling for weapons

sicne characters are fine with even just 4stars or heck even 3stars

while if you get more weapons, if you dont have units to use them on then theres no point

well I cant really help laziness or if you are busy, but genshin takes like 5-10mins of daily farming and you can always just leave questing for when you arent busy/lazy, all i can say is, dont expect to clear something if you aren't willing to put the effort into it since it wont magically happen

so if you want to clear something as soon as possible, then you'll have to farm, but if you arent really in a rush, just take your time and enjoy the game and life

bennett doesnt really need to e twice, and its better to eqe on xq since xq has a lot of dmg

tho if you are worried about fav not proccing then you can prolly do it but generally its better to have xq on sac and bennett on fav in this case
