yes if you have alternate pieces on xiangling you want to use on someone else lowering her crit rate in favor of cd is fine (owing to catch passive, iirc my xiangling has lower than 1:2 ratio for catch passive)
between eyeballing and optimizer it mostly depend on how complex optimizer is to set up for a particular build. If it's complex you can eyeball it (counting cv and roll value between builds) but for someone like xiangling who has a lot of useable stats I would tend to say optimizer it if you really want to be sure
for yelan xingqiu etc eyeballing is more accurate and easier

childe vaporizes extremely rarely outside of his burst. outside of his burst he also can only vaporize very small hits so it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things
the preference for high crit rate childe is only so that when he uses burst in aoe there's a higher chance to crit on all the enemies
because remember if childe has 70% crit rate, against 2 enemies he'll crit on both of them .7^2 (49%) of the time
when enemies are lower hp this is no big deal but you feel low crit rate pain against elite enemies that spawn in groups and have higher hp
...but I want to emphasize: at this point in the game don't focus too much on minmaxing childe
especially when you have a lot of hydros on the acct
you don't need childe to do everything well

Use kqm multi target resource. Otherwise you optimize according to how much work you are willing to put in for the level of accuracy you want. For someone like yelan that deals 80% of damage in burst you can,just optimize for single burst hits

if the video is too much detail you can think of kqms as the standard USED FOR CALCULATIONS for "reasonable endgame build" of characters that limit the number and roll of substats you can use for calculating damage
and softgoals just show you a result of what a build like that looks like with "reasonably universal team assumptions"

meaning it's just a balance between abyss comfort for a character (assuming fairly recent character) vs farming time
when abyss inflation happens "softgoals" for powercrept characters will not be as comfortable
kqms standard is just 40 stats (20fixed 20floating) for crit build characters no matter who it is
and "minimum required" isn't really an objective standard. it is a sliding scale depending, once again, on team, character/cons/weapon, player skill, etc

when you take screenshot you can forget the bottom yellow and red stuff and make sure you take a screenshot of rotation time and ideally enemy particle set up (even tho you may not change them)

for the set up you have it's closer to 15
tighnari still builds close to 0 er here because he has 2 good batteries and accepts some kuki particles
tighnari should burst every rotation ideally but because his teams are often flexible within his useable teammates you would just build for the team you want to use and burst whenever whenever you can the rest of the time

based on what you actually want to use or feel missing in abyss
That's the problem I just don't understand what I should do cause most of the units are either better off built via strongbox or their bis domains are not much reisin efficient
if you feel you're done farming natlan set (not pulling in natlan at all anymore etc) you can farm less efficient domain and feed anything you don't want into strongbox for faster building

and how fast you want the units up and running

I'd suggest having ororon if you're not pulling anymore in natlan
otherwise just build some sidegrades to characters you currently have if you often find you want them on both sides
With furina neuv arle you have pretty solid abyss lineup even for natlan. Mostly suggest noting down when you feel you are missing something in their teams and consider what pull plans you have in natlan . You will know whether it makes sense to no longer be as resin efficient for a whilr

Her burst may not be necessary for all teams (neuvilette) but the burst is necessary cryo application in others. In hero set the number of natlan characters matter (energy 2pc passive) this is mostly relevant for mavuika team

Wriothsley citlali freeze
These are the teams that I would most likely wanna use citlali in where I think her burst might be of value in other places she is just a shield bot by most
for these teams if you can get about 145ER on citlali (on hero set) you should be ok
she doesn't necessarily need er sands
you can get to 165 fairly easily with just substats
but I would err on the side of overbuilding er on citlali because, for the pyro characters especially, her burst is important and you don't want to wait for it
in mavuika team unless you want to do archaic petra xilonen, you'll be coing hero xilonen instructor citlali
I just simply went hero on both citlali and xilonen cause that way I don't need to change builds

citlali er needs just changes a little bit between a non natlan team (let's say gaming citlali bennett kazuha) because hero energy passive triggers once per (long) rotation
but in mavuika high end team it triggers twice per rotation
so you're looking at at most 6 extra energy for citali vs 12 extra energy every rotation
So the er range won't be that different
Also rotation can't be that long since Bennett circle lasts only 10 sec so the rotation can only be about 13-14 sec by max right
