set bonuses just translate to stats. For example 2pc crimson witch (15% pyro dmg bonus) is the equivalent of a third of a pyro goblet (46% pyro dmg bonus)

but because your substat quality is still very low, you can forget set bonuses and just go for any 5star piece with correct main stat and good substat (as many crit rate/crit damage and em/hp% in substat):

em or hp% in hourglass position
pyro goblet
crit rate or dmg circlet, for hutao likely crit rate circlet

when you're calculating crit rate and crit damage you can equiate 1 crit rate as 2 crit damage
so your 3.1 crit rate flower has a total of 6.2 crit value

farm emblem (for xingqiu, xiangling, etc) and strongbox (craft) for hutao, or farm deepwood (dendro domain) or marechaussee (fontaine domain) and strongbox for both emblem and crimson

if you plan to raise xiangling beidou and at some point raiden and want to use fragile resin (40) I'd say ok. But if you're just raising hutao and xingqiu for now I would maybe save fragile resins for a different domain

for fischl the best artifact is 4pc golden troupe, in fontaine, a domain you cannot strongbox. For now you can use 2pc shimenawa 2pc anything else, including emblem
