at the moment in general i'd push for higher level for sucrose and maybe for baizhu but other than that your levels are decent already so it will all come to raising talents and farming for good stats

on her i genuinely don't think buff is worth it because her own damage is really good

so rather than looking at her as support, look at her as off field dps

so you want to give her atk, some em (especially if you plan to use her in aggravate) and crit

#

i'd personally put her on 2p2p atk/em/tf for now and farm golden troupe

it's her absolute bis and increases skill dmg, her main source of damage, so much

#

for stats look for atk sand, electro dmg goblet and crit circlet (whichever between crit dmg and crit rate helps you balance stats more)
for substats same crit, atk and em and a tiny bit of er, around 110-115 is enough

as for beidou, you absolutely don't need that amount of er

with skyward you already have her er needs covered so switch to atk sand and try to get more crit through substats
