I was just doing this for practice so I had absolutely no idea from where to get rotation

kqm guides will have rotation for some of the popular/recommended teams
in general: write down skill and burst cooldowns and buff durations
and you will generally be able to come up with some rotation that you can finetune by learning mechanic details

Those lectors are taking just a bit too much time
I am able to do part 1 in just 40 sec but the second half is taking just a bit too much time
I am unable to beat them even with over a minute left for just the lectors

if you have kazuha run between the lectors and spam kazuha skill until they're grouped.
if you don't have kazuha, run to the wall to one side of them and wait for them to self-group
when they are about to shield up, make sure they don't have pyro, otherwise their gaining electro shield causes them to self-overload and ungroup
dodge their energy suck attacks or use E-based team
if you're using bennett it could be worth giving him 4pc thundering fury no matter what build he's in just so he can spam skill more often for the shield break phase (if you have tf pieces available)
also some character talents (xingqiu, bennett) have knockback so if you CA before using them you can also knock lectors into each other when they're not shielded up

ganyu freeze team wouldn't be a fast electro shield breaker. you want pyro or dendro here most likely
try nahida national if you can survive it

One question suppose I get an artifact with atk % def and cr as substats and at +4 it goes into something bad(assume flat atk) so now should I just use it as folder for next potentially good pieces right away or wait to get it to+16 or+20 in how that they all go to cr??

for er-em-at-cr it depeends on the character, if it's xiangling it can still be worth raising

Well so I tried it in practice(sorry don't even know how to use the optimiser now) and the gt is giving more DMG but the loss of 9% cr hurts a bit
