your neuvilette and hutao will appreciate quite a bit more investment both into talents and into artifacts. Hutao can aim for 70/140 and neuvilette 50/200 pretty easily. For Neuvilette with sig, HP mainstat is only better when you're mid to high investment and somehow has extremely amazing hp pieces and lackluster hydro or crit pieces. You're not there yet. For you, switching neuvilette to a lackluster crit rate circlet will already make his damage much more even and likely higher on average. For hutao you need more crit rate, but this likely means upgrading multiple pieces.
For teams:
Neuvilette dendro-mc kuki fischl/layla/kazuha. But since he is c0 you almost certanly want to give him a shielder in abyss.
Hutao Xingqiu Fischl Mona/Furina/Layla/Diona
Hutao Xingqiu pyro Kazuha
Hutao Xingqiu Furina Mona (mona can hold proto amber for healing since you say hutao dies a lot)
Raiden Xiangling Bennett Kazuha
So you see with these teams you only need to build:
Fischl, Xingqiu, Furina, Xiangling with dps investment
Kazuha and Kuki for high em-er (lvl 90 them) but no need for good substats
Bennett just needs a healer build and high burst lvl.
And layla/diona, Mona, proto-amber yanfei with trash hp-er artifacts. If you dont' want to build yanfei you can make do with bennett

fischl is somewhat built and xinqiu (but uses raidens artifacts), dont know if ill be able to get furina and ive given up on xiangling..

among these units you can make many more teams with different combos. I believe this is efficient for your account for the near to mid term future
you can build xiangling somewhat more slowly and these teams already work fine without furina
