leave everything else off

rections are built in so don't turn on reactions when you optimize either

I think you can still use optimizer on mobile, you'd just paste the code into the custom multitarget code window
but the key takeaway is that keqing aggravates 12 times
not 3

for keqing's stats just input her char level, talent level, weapon levels and leave verything alone
for artifacts input each artifact you want the optimizer to consider for builds
you would never be inputing build stats manually unless you're using theorycraft tab
and I think you are not ready for theorycraft tab yet

which ever one with better substats, the difference is super close
it's the same for substats in other pieces, em or atk% are both valuable and you shouldn't write a piece off for not having em
