Genshin 5* weapons are nice, but you gotta be really choosy. And you can eventually get better gear.
It should be the same, but HSR LCs seem to be more enticing cuz you can get them sooner. But even if you don't, you can land some nice 4 star LCs hopefully from them.

Employees in a company are usually tied to one specific project or another (cross project work isnt that common because it limits specialization).
So if you have 10 artists/game devs/writers, etc, those are split up and allocated to different projects based on a bunch of corporate politics stuff (ideally just numbers/figures in a company with less infighting).
If Project B convinces the company heads their project is more important/potentially more valuable, the company heads may "move"/reassign people from Project A to Project B as they deem needed 👀
