you can get quite lot of blessings from combat

if you hard roll every time and pick all the 2star ones to make the pool smaller it should give you higher odds overall I think

in genshin there's a roughly even mix between exploring the world and sidequesting

and you get sidequests from new locations you find by exploring

and more of the quests send you to explore more

it's a nice loop

over here instead we have

big long stretches of gameplay where there's nothing else to do other than main story, which involves a lot of dungeon delving (for a lack of better term)

then at certain milestone moments you auto-unlock a bajilion sidequests back to back to back, and if you do them as soon as tehy unlock you create these long stretches of gameplay where there's nothing but reading text

LMAO, the f*cking Star Rail mined bitcoin on my computer (well, it did not but it didn't handle exiting the game properly or something). I uninstalled it around 2 weeks ago and it left 138mb of files after deletion. I was curious why it didn't remove all the files, so I just decided to remove it manually. Well, it didn't happen, because the files were "in use by a process". I couln't find the process at that time, so I thought that I will remove them after I restart my computer, but since that happens rarely (like once in 2-3 weeks) I completely forgot about it. So I was checking processes in my Task Manager for a different reason, and found out there is a Star Rail process that eats 22% of my processing power LMAO. That mofa was sitting there 2 weeks draining my battery, what a shitty thing, hate when games do this

well, if you are talking about bitcoin mining, that was a joke. I don't know what exactly happened to their software, but it didn't close properly and was working abnormally. As for it having background processes that launch at runtime... well, this is nothing new, multiple game companies were implementing pretty intrusive software to counter cheating, improper use etc. I knew of its existence in genshin, I was just furious that this shit couldn't uninstall properly
