level dragons bane or deathmatch for tao (80 or 70 to 90)

level favonius for kazuha (70 to 90)
bennett: burst levels, ER sands, level prototype rancour (60 to 90) OR craft sapwood blade and feed rancour into it (and level to 90), other mainstats
xiangling: catch + atk or EM sands (4p emblem), burst levels
miko: a6 + talents (a bit more ER is nice but not strictly necessary, just burst every other rotation)
fischl: pretty much everything (2p atk/atk/tf), levels + talents
jean: 4p vv, EM sands/sword (can take the sac sword from bennett)
dmc: 4p noblesse or instructors (for agg support), stack ER
ning, mona, keqing, thoma, faru, kaeya

do you have an ER noblesse sands you can use? if not do you have a noblesse feather (ideally with ER; hp% and crits are also appreciated)

priority:
- fischl ascension/levels/talents (to ~80 1 8 6 ish minimum for now) + stringless
- do talent and weapon mats when its the day for them
- world boss material and emblem/shime domain when not
- strongbox vv to get jean 4p, she'll want atk anemo/atk crit, so you're really only looking for a sands or circlet
- bennett level to 80, burst levels, proto rancour OR sapwood ( if you dont have an on set ER sands, level the noblesse feather and put him on an off piece ER sands), prefarm xingqiu
- bennett talents and rancour or sapwood mats on their days
- xingqiu boss materials/talent materials + emblem farming when ^^ not avail
- strongbox vv if jean still doesnt have 4p, otherwise strongbox noblesse for dmc (if thats the set youre going for) or tf for slowly working on keqing (can also work for fischl's 2p)
- favonius sword levels, tao talents, dbane/deathmatch levels
- more emblem or boss materials (for A6 for whoever you like the most first tbh OR to start raising keqing [with yae, you dont really need her, they tend to be interchangeable]) in down time
- sac sword levels, skyward spine levels (if you havent been able to rebalance xiao's stats while farming other stuff)
- more emblem or boss materials in down time
- anything else that comes up (if you need to raise certain characters for teams, etc)
- minmax childe
- minmax miko (needs very little adjustment, could probably get some tweaks in the process of everything else)
other:
- childe minmaxing
- most replaceable piece if probably his goblet, but in general you'll want more crit rate and ER, it is worth sacrificing cd and atk for if you have to.
- i would not strongbox pieces to try and replace his things until you are largely done with other things since his pieces will be somewhat difficult to come by/replace. you will get some gladiators pieces from farming for character materials that you can see if you can use
- fish for the catch whenever you have time, you can ask in #・coop-requests for other peoples' fish
catch levels becomes one of your main priorities whenever you get it
- farming emblem in between other things is for 2p shime pieces for fischl, completing 4p emblem on xiangling, 4p for xingqiu, 2p emblem for both thoma and faru (eventually)
- do quests/exploration for dmc cons
- dmc: if you choose to use instructors (4* set), be sure to save any you get from world boss farming, exploration, abyss, etc + use an off piece 5* sands
@soft folio who are you planning to run with tao btw? tao xingqiu kazu/sucrose thoma? anything in mind?

kazu is one of the options for flex n double hydro (+ you wouldnt have to build anyone) but generally people prefer to play a shield character (zhongli, thoma, layla) there since its more comfortable
it would probably be good for you to build thoma then, but that can wait til tao rolls around
(he'll use 2p emblem 2p tenacity while stacking hp% and ER) so some of the things for him you'll probably be getting

you'll want to level fav lance for whoever you end up using (thoma or zhongli)

ideally they both want to be lvl 80 ascended for talent lvl 9 on their relevant talents (fischl's E and bennett's Q) but if you're short on resources you can decide based on which one you use more

^^ its a top down priority list, with fischl first since she's much less invested, when they get to around the same amount of investment; you should prioritize whoever you use more (though fischl generally gets more out of additional investment which is also why i put her first)

yeye you're close to a good place, crit rate is the main concern if youre able to get that to ~60 somewhat easily, if not its fine for now

so if you really want to play her, you can and we can help you build her
but since it sounds like you're short on resources

she both takes resources and fundamentally doesn't help much outside of a very narrow variety of teams

there are 5 quests that give this item
you only have to get one of them and then exchange it with an aranara npc for sapwood blade blueprint
the npc is in the aranara tree area
you will get the midland billets through leveling the aranara tree
so you can save your dream solvents for now until you want to craft the weapon

it somewhat depends on how much you use xiao
and whether the pieces can make cohesive 2pc for other characters
but it's very possible that you'd only be able to outfit one character after takine 5 pieces off xiao

^ additionally its generally not recommended to farm the vermillion/echoes domain bc the sets tend to be extremely niche and echoes is just a bad set for 80% of people (people who dont consistently have ~<20 ping)

characters without crit ascensions and weapons often want a crit rate circlet, either for fav, or due to crit rate being slightly harder to come by because base crit ratio is 5:50

that's a very strong team

you don't need good arts on him
he can have wrong mainstats and still be ok as long as he has er and burst levels
xingqiu dmc kuki fischl is also a good team. If you don't have kuki then any electro + a heizou also works

you can see that a lot of your teams overlap in xiangling and bennett
ways to fix that: dendro teams, aiming for beidou and sucrose if you can strategically pull or get from paimon shop, aiming for yelan instead of hutao
then xiangling needs a bit more raising
alright if you want hutao then you can have childe team one side and hutao-xingqiu another
that can also work for a lot of abyss
and to round out those 2 teams, dendro teams would be highly recommended
good luck on your pulls
for this abyss put childe team on first half
and second half do the chambers one by one
you'll likely need ningguang for chamber 2 second half
just redo chambers 1 and 3 with strong teams
your xiangling should be doing more than 2k per burst

if you plan on doing abyss soon

if you like hutao and already farmed for her sure
but for acounts that don't have resources
I'd go for yelan over hutao
less expensive to build teams
more varieties of teams
more 2team combos for abyss
but this is getting into somewhat personal preferences territory
for most on field dps characters if you like them they still basically work fine

the general thing on yelan vs hutao on their acc is that hu tao actually opens up more team comp options being a new dps (which true, they dont really need) while yelan may be more versatile on some other accounts, they dont get as much out of her since theyre not already a pyro dps main and/or have raiden/run a national comp that would then require 2 "xingqius"
they also just love tao so

I can explain a little bit my thought process on yelan, but you should consider this my opinion and weigh this against what you want to pull and play for your account in the near future.
any on fielder that can drive Yelan-xingqiu will basically have a viable team, hutao can do it very well, but you can use a 4 star, you can use raiden (if you pull her) or even qiqi. Having Yelan and Xingqiu separately also open up some inexpensive dendro options that are easy to play, but you should consider whether this is something you want or plan to allocate resources because these teams want a few characters to be fully flexible: em-raiden or kuki, dmc/yaoyao, sucrose, diona, sometimes barbara if you need an alternative healer option.

pulling on the last day of the banner is really good financial planning tbh
can't play without c1 is somewhat exaggerating
but it's true that hutao's comfort zone for cons is c1
but whether c0 or c1 you still would be playing really different hutao if you animation cancel vs not
so the animation cancel is the thing you want to test if it's your cup of tea

the ones you have on xiangling is fine although for childe international your er is on the low side
giving kazuha fav would help a little bit
but...the catch
fav kazuha already helps
if you can get his ER to around 120 with a fav kazuha you'll find that he gets his burst back pretty reliably every rotation
but even if he doesnt' get his burst back the team still basically works
