so my main focus is
ATK - if i use catch
ER+ atk - if no catch

There's overload lisa which is also very quickswap, the way you're doing it now
There's hyperbloom lisa that builds em-er and you play her in a hydro dendro team
there's aggravate lisa that builds attack, em, crit and er, and usually use her with fischl in a dendro team

I think you should primarily look for attack sands with fav/catch, and use er sands only if you pull engulfing lightning or have an atypical team where raiden's damage doesn't matter but her batterying does
if you use a crit weapon (deathmatch), then go with er sands
