ar44 u dont have to prio getting artis atm till ar45, so yur just gonna focus more on char level, talent level, and weapons atm

As for the team comp,
in overworld its fine but abyss id change lisa and jean for xingqiu and sucrose instead for national comp, or kaeya/jean/rosaria as flex if u dont have xingqiu

so here is a general list of things to do;

  1. 90/90 Aquila, Rancour, DBane
  • U can swap Aquila to Bennett and run Amenoma on Jean instead, use TTDS on Lisa (no need to level TTDS)
  • If u have the time to go fishing, swap DBane to Catch R5 instead

Jean talent levels to 1-8-6 at least
Bennett to 1-6-8
Xiangling to 1-6-8
Lisa (support) 1-1-6

Once yur at ar45, u can go with these arti sets and mainstats for each;

  1. Jean - 4pc Viridescent Venerer, ATK sands ANEMO goblet CRIT rate circlet (balance 1:2 ratio with yur crit stats generally)

  2. Bennett - 4pc Noblesse, ER PYRO CRIT or ER HP HP if u want him to be tanky, aim for ER subs generally till u reach like 220ish

  3. Xiangling - 4pc EosF, ER PYRO CRIT get to 180-200ish ER first then u can go EM and Crit substats

  4. Lisa - U can honestly go whatever arti sets, but w/ a support TTDS build - youd generally just go 4pc Noblesse or 4pc Exile(if you alr have a noblesse user in the comp) and just stack ER on her
