ok first of all, u need to level ur weaps, talents and chars
dps chars to at least 80/90
subdps's and supports can stay 70/80 for now
dps talents at least 8 to 10 on main dmg skills
and artifacts need a lot of work, basicalyl check the "character cheatsheet" in #・genshin-resources and follow that and u'll be fine,
dps at least 60/120 excluding weap and asc stat
sub dps at least 50/100 and their er req
supports, er req and cr if using fav + their needed scaling stat

oh my bad, 60/120 is 60 crit rate 120 crit dmg, the chars crit ratio
