raiden- needs more crit rate, also consider farming catch tbh
bennett- more er, can consider er hphp for now and plz lvl ur artis
xingqiu- consider looking er/atk sands 🙏
diluc- upgrade ur artis.. look for cd/cr circlet
xiangling- look for 5* artifact circlet improve cr/cd plz
beidou- dont use snowtombed on her 
maybe archaic and look for atk/er then electo/crit
i'd consider uh stromgboxing cw tbh snd keep farming emblem
