I'll start with the polearm characters.
hu tao has the best build by far compared to your other chadacters. You can always improve artifacts further, and she could use more crit rate but your other characters should be prioritized.
For raiden, fav lance is a fine option but it is not great by far. The catch should be a priority for you, if you already have catch on xiangling I reccomend switching her to kitain cross spear so raiden can hold catch.
4pc emblem is a big damage increase for raiden, this should also be a priority. For the meantime, switch her to a crit rate circlet because you do not want her to ever go under 60 crit rate.
xiaos weapon is also holding him down, in the 3.1 event there should be a free polearm weapon which can work for xiao. Try to get that asap to put on him, as for gis arrifacts aim for 2pc atk 2pc viridescent because it can be strongboxed. Build him while building another character.

now for the sword characters
level kazuha up!! swirl benefits a lot based on character level, leveling him up is great for his personal damage and it will get his em up higher. His talents don't need to be leveled, since swirl doesn't benefit from talent level. If you want to level them up wait until after everything else when you have resin to spare.
iron sting is a great weapon for kazuha, but it means that you have to rely on his artifacts for er. You want to stay within the range of 160-200er, but 180-200 is preferred. I recommend swapping him to an er weapon, fav sword if you have it, if you dont have fav sword use sac sword. Getting him an em circlet is also very important, aim for this while you strongbox viridescent for xiao.
bennett can also be leveled up further, but it is not a main priority. Ascending him to 80/90 and leveling up his burst would be the most efficient. Level up his weapon as well for more base atk.
4pc noblesse is important for bennett, just like how 4pc emblem is for raiden. How you choose to build his artifacts is up to you, you can build him more as a healer or more as a support. Just make sure he always has 200er
xingqiu looks really good! the weapon choice is great, his er is great, and his set is great. Atk sands is preferred over er sands for him, but if you need an er sands to get to 200er that's perfectly okay! The crit rate is a big area for improvement, try to get him to 60 crit rate at the very least. You may need a crit rate circlet and that's okay too

talent priority is burst > skill > normal attack
and artifacts stack as much er as possible

deepwood is great for dendro characters, gilded dreams is also a good set but not one that your characters need currently
you aren't going to see progess on your characters if you don't farm the artifact sets you need :(

if you'd like, you can farm noblesse and heart of depth for your xingqiu and mona. The other sets in the domain aren't very efficient but it's a nice break from emblem. You could also farm in xiaos domain for attack sets, which can be used on both him and beidou

with kaz it focuses on beidous

they should both have em, but it's more important to have on xiangling due to her also benefitting from vaporize

when you run tao with sucrose, you want to run an hp sands on her. It seems like you're running an em sands rn, and it's fine to use blackcliff with an em sands. But dragons bane + hp sands is a big upgrade, and lets xiao get his deathmatch back

tao xingqiu kazuha/sucrose thoma(yanfei when she's c4+, ttds doesnt work on her in this comp though)
xiao bennett sucrose/jean flex(xiangling, fischl, shield, any other element you might need to clear smthn)
raiden national or a pseudo hyper team are also pretty good slot ins, instead of the xiao team.
raiden mona kazuha bennett is probably the most reasonable team mona fits on if you'd like to specifically use her

the anemo options can stay lower investment for now bc they only really require vv and some EM to function (though levels are extremely valuable for them for their dmg output, it is not essential to their team contribution), your supports will mainly want to hit ER reqs first but talent levels can also be quite significant especially if the character deals good dmg
