as for artifact suggestions I would suggest these on the characters:
ayaka will hold 4pc blizzard strayer mainstats will be atk/cryo/crit
mona will hold 4oesf with mainstats being er/hydro/crit. she honestly just needs 200+ er while holding the 3star weapon ttds. just refine the weapon no need to level up
diona will hold 4noblesse with mainstats er/hp/hb and fav/sac bow with 200+ er
kazuha will hold 4vv with atleast 160er then as much em as you can

keqing can hold 4thundering fury em/electro/crit or atk/electro/crit
fischl can hold 4 thundersoother or 2pc 2pc combination of tf/atk or atk/atk
jean can hold 4 vv with er/atk/atk or er/anemo/crit if you want her to deal dmg
dmc can hold 4nob with 220+ er

dmc and kazuha doesnt need any investment in their talents

ayaka talents can just be 8/6/8 that is in order of NA/skill/burst which I will also be using for the rests
mona talents can just be 1/1/8 since she just needs the burst talent leveled for the buffing
diona talents 1/8/8 since her shield and heals are really the important ones

fischl talents 1/8/8. you can leave burst at 6 if you want as long as the skill is level 8
keqing wants 8/8/8 since shes a dps that deals dmg with all of those and prioritize upgrading NA and burst first before the skill
jean wants 1/6/8 technically you dont need to upgrade the skill and just the burst for healing
