While you're grabbing your character list for me, I'll go on to talk about your teams in general

My othe team is Diluc, Xingqiu, Kazuha and Bennet and its marvelous the enemies fall down so fast

Starting with Itto: While he has a great amount of Crit Rate, his Crit Damage is virtually non-existent. There's no way you're going to output enough damage with him like that. Furthermore, even when supported by Gorou and Favonius, that's way too little ER to comfortably get his burst back when he wants to

You do have the correct artifact set on him though, it's just that everything else is rather bad

So something with Crit Dmg

Look out for the following:

1. A Crit Damage Circlet
2. A Geo Goblet
3. A Defense Sands

For substats, it's always CR/CD > ER (as needed, until about 130-140) > Def%

There's no way to get around artifact farming sadly

So yeah

For Gorou though, I would get him to ascension 4 (the ascension where he becomes level 60/70) ASAP, to unlock his A4 talent. It's quite essential that you do

In terms of talents, you can afford to just level his skill and leave everything else alone.

Also, seeing that your Gorou is C1, we're going to swap his artifact set around a little.

Look through the artifacts that you have, and lock all Exile pieces for now. You can discard the ones you don't need later

Exile is a 3/4 star artifact set btw, so yeah

For his individual pieces, you want ER on the Sands, anything on the Goblet (just make sure it has a lot of ER on the subs) and a Crit Rate circlet. Ideally, you're going to have a 5 star circlet, since the increased Crit Rate means that you can proc Favonius a lot more efficiently

So tldr:
Itto: 4 Husk Def/Geo/CDmg
Gorou: 4 Exile ER/Anyth w ER%/CR, pref Golden

Those two are the ones you need to change for now mainly

Noelle can just cope until you get Zhongli

And Barbara is fine for safety, just stack ER and HP on her

Also, you might want to upgrade your Favonius Warbow a little. The extra ER helps for Gorou
