46.9 + 40 (4pc BS if frozen) + 15 (cryo resonance) + 20 (passive) = 75 + 46.9 = 129.9

take out the 20 for the burst and skill and you'll still have 109.9 crit rate, since the 20 crit rate only affects her CAs

you're overcapping a wee bit, if you can you can try changing a bit of cr for cd
