Right now I'd say prioritize GAA and maybe progressing your story, since once you get inazuma you get a very nice craftable sword via a sidequest.

Golden apple won't compare to an entire region or big sub area in terms of primogems, so I'd focus on those if you want Kaz, since golden apple is still around for like 38 days or something

Chasm or inazuma. Inazuma gives a lot of primos; the statue gives them, there's tons of puzzles, it's a fresh region. Sakura tree also gives wishes

the problem with inazuma is that some parts are just blocked off by quest stuff that I gotta do, and some places I don't even have high enough electro-stuff to go through the barriers
and I haven't been able to get many electro sigils
