for the second fight you have to fight her the same way as the first time (she doesn't have as much resistance or def this time around so it should be a little easier to chip away at her hp)
after getting her to 3/4 hp you'll get a cutscene and then continue fighting her (it'll be a lot easier and you don't have to worry about dodging at that point)

Turns out it wasn't a hard fight after all. She has 3-4 moves that are very easy to predict and dodge and get a few hits in between. It's just that every other fight so far was a breeze so in a sense I was spoiled and didn't expect a step up in the difficulty.

delusions were made from remains of gods, but in Watatsumi soldiers case the god's remain here is Tatarigami from Orobashi which was known as being pretty dangerous
delusion that fatui soldiers used are the "safer" ones, plus (pls do correct me if I was wrong on this) the harbinger received their delusion directly from Tsaritsa and not your usual agent/skirmisher's delusion

originally delusions are forged with archon residue and are limited in quantity, which makes their quality better ( the backfire that has been known so far was how it killed crepus due to him not being a vision holder ; diluc holds no side effects of using the delusion because of being an allogene, nor tartaglia does as his fatigue comes from foul legacy and not the use of the delusion itself ), but the watatsumi storyline introduces the idea of mass producing delusions with the tatarigami acting as a replacement of archon residue. like most mass produced stuff irl, there's ofc a drawback in quality over quantity, so the delusions end up having major effect onto those who make use of them !

There's a theory that Fatui have special masks to prevent such backlash. We saw Childe had to put his mask on when using Delusion and Diluc's mask when he was using one also had Fatui mark on it
