I can see them doing that IF MHY decides to make a team dedicated team to this and even then its not going to happen in a couple of years. Don't forget that Genshin is on MUCH bigger scale than Honkai and they are struggling developing new regions (they probably really overestimated what they can do) as it is and it would be really be unnecessary weight on them.
