But anyways in the recent quest Scaramouche reveals his origins that Ei made him out of ley line/Irminsul branches using ancient Khaenri'ahn techniques that she stole.

But then this got me thinking: ley lines, Khaenri'ah, mechanics....do you see where I'm going with this?

Capitano, shared with Yohual is currently the "master of the ley lines" in his own words, contrary to the popular misconception that he's just a "battery" for Yohual (I have a lot of things to say to the people who think this but I don't want to get banned). And the Night Kingdom literally function as Natlan's ley lines but it even seems like Cap has control over other nation's ley lines as well since it's all but directly stated he's the cause of the 5.3 Liyue ley line event as well as Stygian Onslaught.

So to get to the point my idea is that Capitano and Yohual could simply recreate a new "puppet" body for Capitano's spirit to happen, one not only free of the decay and rot his old body experience but also a conduit for his new ley line/Night Kingdom powers like his old heart.

This could also easily tie into The Abyss Order's mysterious deal with Yohualtecuhtin as well, perhaps Yohual, acting on Capitano's behalf either wants the knowledge on how to create these puppet bodies of Khaenri'ah perfectly using the Atlas of New Khaenri'ah OR The Atlas itself will be the source of the new ley line branches that will be used to both recreate his body and his homeland, figuratively making Capitano literally a being made up of his country or something like that. I'm up to interpretation on this one still so it could go any way.

But to get into symbolism/themes of what this could mean as well the wikipedia article for the Commedia Dell Arte tells me that the "Scaramuccia" character was actually derived FROM the Il Capitano archetype as well, meaning that Cap and Scaramouche ending up as similar beings would only be fittingly ironic.

Secondly there is the Jesus motifs everyone and their mother knows Capitano has at this point but in case you did not know Jesus after his resurrection after three days not only came back to life but also returned in a "perfected" body free of all blemishes or flaws like before. But to relate this back to Genshin (I feel a little blasphemous doing this) the puppet body is explicitly referred to by Ei/Raiden Shogun in the Vajrada Amethyst Gemstone's description as "the noblest and most eminent of all in this world" which in turn would relate back to Capitano being restored in a perfected "puppet" body made up of Irminsul/ley lines branches.

And finally it would also be a somewhat ironic parallel to Dottore as well, who similarly made puppet bodies for himself by researching/experimenting on Scaramouche as well. So whilst Dottore made his success off torturing and manipulating others, Capitano will make his via diplomacy and kindness, which will be what ultimately wins out between the two and prove to be the superior.

Said to have been the lover of Snegurochka and fell victim to the "schemes of changelings" or something like, also the second strongest warrior of his alliance.

Saarelainen - Traveled across the world including Pohjola on a "starry steed" until he was lured in by Pakkaisukko intending to have him be seduced by his daughter. He convinced him to open the gates to Pohjola otherwise he'd force his daughter to do it instead, Saarelainen obliged and inside of Pohjola Phanes killed him and chopped him up into the 7 gnoses to save Pakkaisukko's daughter. His prayer is notably used by the Frostmoon Scions to cure illnesses too.
