Nibelung and moons governed the first cycle -> broken when 1st descender PO arrived and took over
Start of 2nd cycle aka unified civilization -> broken with arrival of 2nd descender (voyager or abyss nibelung I don't know who)
Start of 3rd cycle aka age of God kings -> broken by arrival of 3rd descender that led to creation of gnoses and archon war
Start of 4th cycle aka rule of seven -> broken by arrival of 4th descender traveler and subsequent events of cataclysm in khanerria
There's also evidence based on little witch leak that each cycle or at the very least the last one was in loop until it broke although I'm not sure on this one

Thing is this sceptor grew a "heart" component let's say that would grow to learn the human emotion more specifically love from cyrene (eylsia expy)
This part was called demiurge and was kept hidden by lygus in fear that things would not go his way which was the birth of irontomb and destruction of the aeon and the world

Thinking about this, it's been like 2 years since the Snegurochka identity got brought into the forefront through Ayakashi Triangle (a genderbend yuri manga from To-LOVE-ru's creator), and now that Rochka would be overtaken by this new one in Genshin. We heard the name all the way back in some Nod-Krai flavor text stuff, and will be the central character in next year's Snezhnaya arc, which is why I didn't bother hiding the name.
