There's also one line that hints that Reed was working with Rotwang at some point...

Maybe he backstabbed Rotwang later when he met Alia or something just a speculation though...

Now I think we know what this treasure was it's the Sampo mill
And in finding this treasure he maybe found Reed who was willing to help since he was the master thief..
And only later when Reed found out the truth he switched sides

Another interesting thing is that in pale princess and 6 pygmy also theres a dark forest where the pygmies kill the prince and the night mother lives too btw

As I said before it can be an allogary for both stories

It's like how Ajax legend has both Voyager and 3rd descender merged together

I just realized a pretty interesting note for Genshin's endgame (plotwise) from the Rerir plotline so far;

The recent Rerir situation has hard-confirmed that the Traveller is most likely the only being capable of killing a Sinner by simply purifying their abyssal energies. Rerir's fragments were completely indestructible yet the Travellers actions have permanently robbed him of his heart.

I do hope that they actually follow up on the implication of the teaser and have Varka be a peer in strength to 10% rerir
