I am mostly remarking on how badly Mihoyo flunked the landing in that fight, ruthlessly undercut a flawless storyline they were telling and needlessly emasculating the traveller in the progress.

It would've been a good moment to actually highlight how much more powerful we've become with the 2 powerups we had since Signora, while also demonstrating that the top 5 is in a league of their own.

Instead they just had Arle demolish her own strategy for now conceivable reason whatshowever. The coordinated combo between us and Lyney vs Arle should have been a close match, but her turning around and just DDOSing, utterly obliterating the notion that we forced her hand in some way into making a concession for Lyney, was just cheap.

No, it should've gone on as a battle of attrition where we'd eventually end up without Lyney, and this being what sets Arle to go all out. We make a good effort, our 5 element assault allowing us to match Arle's raw power with versatility, but ultimately we get dramatically folded when we try the Electro slash again and have the clash explode. We get completely fucking wrecked, and Arle just doesn't care. We get back up checking our surroundings, but only see our vanquished comrades, only for a scythe to wrap itself around our neck held by a panting Arle, a streak of blood running down her forehead.

Which it was the fight was doing perfectly until they just came in with the DDOS bullshit. Something she could've done instantly to render the fight mood.
