Plume: Basil and Oceanid Lyris telling the children (Jakob, Maryanne, Alain, etc) to stop trying to steal Basil's signature plume. Later, Basil is confirmed to die against Elynas.
Clock: Created by Alain, presumably? Details the full story of the Narzissen Adventure. Except the problem is, Narcissus the Fell Dragon fits into Jakob and Rene's profile more than Elynas--a monster that wants to take the innocence of a princess. Later, that princess has a treasure that births a new life--presumably the Lochfolk Ann.
Goblet: Basil and the children's tea time together.
Circlet: Almost directly talking about the different paths Alain and Jakob went through. Jakob--"The star-beasts shall drink the amniotic fluid of the world dry. A hundred years from then, all life on its surface shall be wiped away." Let's follow these random NPCs who supposedly had visions, and then get sent back and forth between the actual playable characters to do fetch quests." Even Sumeru had shades of this with "Oh, there's this mysterious disease called Eleazar. Instead of following the playable character that actually has Eleazar, let's follow this random NPC :D"

Fontaine has like 0 fear of just throwing Lyney and Lynette under the bus and airing out all their dirty laundry. Then showing off how out of her depth Furina is. Then showing us the amount of grief Navia is going through from her father's death. The closest we had to an NPC stories in the AQs was Vacher's, but that was only to show his final fate. I appreciate the story now being able to show character flaws and focus on certain character stories instead of the usual hustle and bustle

It does feel like they try to shave off any rough edges to characters that become playable to make them more likeable. But that leads to a lot of interactions between playable characters being very bland? Also I don't think it is necessary to write like that since people can and do like flawed characters but I guess there is a higher risk of people not wanting to pull if a character annoys them.

I am sure everyone has pointed out the Ace Attorney inspiration but doesn't it specifically remind you of The Magical Turnabout from Spirit of Justice? Had the whole lowering of platforms thing for teleportation and a prop falling on the stage. Was just amused.
