I also just found an interesting theory about her and istaroth

For everyone that already had finished exploring Enkanomiya, must be know about Istaroth from a quest. She is a God who controls time and wind. yes, she controls wind too, like Barbatos (Venti), the anemo archon. Istaroth herself also called "Thousand Winds", the same name with a Temple at North East of Mondstadt. Most likely, she fought together with Barbatos during the Archon War thus some people worship her and also made a temple for her. If you remember, there is a quest called "Time and The Wind" that makes us go to a deserted little island. that island, has a big sundial which has a connection to another sundial at the thousand wind temple. in "Before Sun and Moon" written a scribe of istaroth, said "she was the measure of thousand winds and the sun and the moon". What i was thinking is that Time itself is Day and Night, Sun and Moon. They are a union that works together. so i think about the sundials is that one is the Sundial for "The Sun" (Solar Time) and the other one is the sundial for "The Moon" (Lunar Time). The Sundial at the nameless/deserted island is the Lunar Time meanwhile the Sundial at thousand winds temple is the Solar Time.

So, what is the connection with Paimon? yes, i believe Paimon is Istaroth's counterpart. Istaroth is "the Sun" meanwhile Paimon is "the Moon". why paimon is the moon meanwhile istaroth is the sun? do you guys remember the first time we met paimon? yes at the Beach near Starsnatch Cliff. paimon was drifted to the sea and luckily stucked to the MC's bait when the MC were fishing.

the place we first met paimon is perfectly match with nameless/deserted island where the Lunar Time sundial placed. because the island is right on the east and near that beach. what convinced me the most that paimon is "The Moon" is that Moon needs Sun to shine, because moon shine is actually sun's that reflected to the moon. and yes, paimon lost most of her power and memory, drifted from the nameless island to the shore and make her like paimon we know now, because istaroth's whereabout is currently unknown. and don't forget that paimon can fly, which flying is identical to wind/anemo, like eye of the storm or anemo slime. so yes, paimon is also a god of wind and time.

one last thing, at the sundials there is a carving that written "Seed of stories, brought by the wind, and cultivated by time. Stories brought on the wind will blume into legends in due time". yes the "seed of stories" refers to us (MC) and "brought by the wind and cultivated by time" refers to paimon.

• Phanes and the Shades win and he creates the Human Realm : that realm is composed of 2 know things, which are the Teyvat continent and the Dark Sea
