Beyond the Boundary (Kyoukai no Kanata) - An immortal half-houkai (Japanese demon) and an adorable houkai hunter that wants to kill him. Some great action and pretty good story (movie is essential oto watch as well tho, as the main season ends with a confusing and incomplete ending without watching that next).
The Legend of Hei (Series and Movie) - Chinese one, with a bit of "quick wit" humor, but some incredible animation later on. Movie is also great and has a good English dub with several Genshin VAs in it. Anime's episodes are also only ~10min each.
From the New World (Shinsekai yori) - An unusual anime. Post-apocalyptic, but closer in tone to "ancient history" animes. A dark supernatural mystery, with some unique traits that honestly I can't compare to anything else.
Re:Creators - Ever wanted to see a Magical Girl launch a Fate knockoff character into the mech suit of a Gundam character while they hold off a Persona's Stand? This reverse isekai is for you. 10/10 music, pretty great story too. Has my favorite all-time Magical Girl, and this is from someone that hates them normally.
And yeah, Vivy's a 10/10. That too.

Scientist as a last ditch effort sends his assistant AI and information on the key events that led up to the rebllion back in time 100 years to change history and stop the rebellion from happening.
Story follows Vivy, an idol robot AI recruited by the scientist's assistant to change history, by stopping terrorist plots, assasinations, tragedies, etc.
Mostly action and mystery, with trying to figure out how to stop the events, and what could possibly be different with each one as their actions start to have ripple effects on the timeline.
Definitely at least worth trying out 2-3 episode imo.

||I think it had to do with the fact that it was his wish that he wanted to bring her back. The musicart spirit in the stone cossete wore consumed his arm in replacement of the normal process to create a musicart|| or atleast thats my take on it
