For example, the repetitve themes and tropes, those romance tropes and themes typically common in romcom series? Imagine the worst ones with barely any changes to them, and then do it EVERY CHAPTER
Combine that with the non-existent progress the series has with its romance, and when it actually does have progress, the author would reset it back to square one in the next arc
The series has gone on like this for so long, that even ppl who hated and complained about the series' issues now are just repeating the exact same issues the author has yet to rectify from the initial complaints, which is funny considering the series' tendency to repeat stuff

Chapter opens with Kazuya waking up the next morning after the date
Hes overreacting over what Chizuru did last chapter (its probably a quote that Chizuru doesn't take seriously, and hes misinterpreting it, that shes leading her him on)
Theres a mascot berating Kazuya, usually rude (idk what theyre doing there, maybe an alter identity to the author)
Kazuya overthinks his relationship with Chizuru, saying "iM nOt WoRtHy Of HeR" or a similar line
Kazuya prepares for a rental date he planned with Chizuru
Kazuya is at the scheduled spot they are supposed to meet for their date
Chizuru arrives, everyone looks at her, saying how beautiful she is
Kazuya glazes tf out of Chizuru's outfit in excruciating detail
They start their date
Chizuru acts too nonchalant for the date
The date appears to be going well
But Kazuya gets scared thinking the date didnt go well cuz of Chizuru's attitude
Chizuru says she enjoyed the date, leaves (in the manga, this page is a double spread page of great art of Chizuru)
Kazuya gets surprised

They also have friends and family who call out both of their disgusting behaviors towards each other, and this happens on multiple occassions throughout the story btw, but both do nothing to fix it
