i swear this all started happening when nvidia launched their dumb nvidia app and new driver

ever since i updated that my stuff permenantly started going worse

not even factory resetting my whole pc fixed it

so ya its definitely not a software thing theres just someting messed up with my gpu and monitor

tried every single fix for every problem online that looked similar to mine😔

ive wasted so much time tryna fix it i swore to never try fixing it again and to just ignore it

ok i just slided only my gamma slider from 1.0 to 2.0 an di got ur same exact image

drop it to "darker" with gamma and up the others

No, those are encoding artifacts of the source, if you crank up gamma or brightness. So whatever is doing that is the culprit, which is usually a monitor

Does your motherboard have a monitor output and does your CPU have an integrated GPU core? You could try switching monitor cable from GPU to motherboard to see if it fixes the problem

From what I remember, someone said that Nintendo patented a very specific part that makes the summoning mechanic different from the others, that is throw something, then from that something, the creatures comes out

no, it looks like it's different, but the patent has a number of claims that are generic. Most of the claims in that patent are generic actually, and you can sue on per claim basis

The problem is, that you can file a more generic claims infringement, and other studios would HAVE to fight that in court, meaning draining money from them on court proceedings

And money spent on court is money spent elsewhere instead of game dev

at this point one might wonder, if Patenting Bureau just wants to have more court filings as a way to get more money into their business

I would say it's true. Mainly because of the genres that women historically prefer, like political drama, espionage, intrigue, detectives. All those feature highly intellectual activities. So women preferences are predisposed to that kind of storytelling, so women writers tend to lean more into intellectual fabric of storytelling

And male writers when they write female protagonists tend to target similar archetype of clever/inventive girl or woman, because that is what women like to read

Fire Emblem Three Houses might be the only good JRPG, though how much of it is JRPG is up to question. I guess Valkyria Chronicles is up there too. I can say only good things about these games
