Mushoku Tensei does that to a very limited extent

It primarily follows Rudeus's POV but sometimes other characters will get a chapter or two. I don't think the Manga really followed this though except for the ||Eris|| side stories.

Spy x Family kinda I guess? There's 3 main characters there and the POV gets shifted around the three of them for different chapters.

If you're willing to play a game for that concept then 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is fantastic at that. I'm only maybe an hour past the prologue and I'm at like 8 different unique timelines to keep track of. They all interconnect through the 13 different main characters who each have their own story parts to go through.

Gundam 00 was my introduction to Gundam. First Gundam to be made in HD so it still looks good and has some good mecha designs. Also where the "I AM GUNDAM" meme comes from.

Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny have imo the best overall mecha designs out of any Gundam series. The story is a bit shaky, especially in Destiny, but a lot of that was fixed in the new Seed Freedom movie that came out recently.

Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans is a much more grounded series. Before Witch from Mercury came out it had my favorite Gundam design and was my favorite Gundam series. Much more focused on melee combat and physical projectiles instead of beam combat.

And when the story directly confronts the matter it’s cuz the guy can’t imagine himself sleeping with her, or even starting a family with said childhood friend eventually. Dude noped out at that thought alone. Didn’t even try to date or anything, or even ask her out even tho she’d have likely accepted too.
