For which timeline?

If your asking about Witch from Mercury's watch order than it's just Witch From Mercury. It's completely standalone.

For most of the most non UC timelines watch order is release order within the timeline and with no particular order to have you have to 2atch them.

For UC it's really complicated

UC or Universal Century is the main Gundam Timeline. It's where the original show took place and has the most series set in it.

There's a lot of side stories in Manga or novels that sometimes get adaptations like Thunderbolt and Unicorn (both in UC) but original series are more common.

Here's a rough guideline to the actual timelines. For pretty much everything other than UC this can serve as watch order.

The names in color are the event and the names underneath are the shows pertaining to that event.
