Cosplayers come in a wide variety of quality, from foam boards to professionally produced metal helmets.
Tho an increasingly common option people have been doing is 3d printing parts for their outfit.
As for searching for a custom mask maker, you could either check Etsy (a common place for custom personalized products), or on Twitter/Insta for artists to commission. Alternatively, if it's something simple, you might be able to bribe something with a 3d printer to make it for you for cheap (I do this for stuff like phone/tablet stands with my brother)
Tho tbh, while this wouldn't work for the second image you posted, that first mask seems achievable by modifying an existing mask at home. Some purple spray paint + masking tape and a white mask should get you there. You could get a cheap one off Amazon pretty easily and cut/spray paint it yourself

Tachiyomi is by far the best one. It's not on the play store tho, so you'll have to download and install it yourself (it doesn't require rooting the phone though)
TL;DR of how it works: You download the app, you add the "extensions" for the websites you want to use (MangaDex and MangaKakalot should cover 99% of mangas). Once you've added those mangas, you can either use the extension to browse them directly, or search for a manga by name and it'll search all the extensions you've added.

Tbh, I'd suggest going in blind if possible, but my best attempt at a minimal spoiler summary would be ||Dude gets reincarnated as his favorite idol's kid. However, after a terrible tragedy occurs, he decides to dedicate himself to uncovering the truth behind it, truth that requires working his way through the inner workings of the acting industry as he tries to get closer to those who might know the truth.||
Probably one of the best depictions of the inner workings of the acting/media industry I've seen in a long time, and the characters are really well done too. They've got a strong source material to work with, so I'm fairly hopeful the anime adaption will be good too 👀

I would guess that's the issue here, not the host (assuming you're using Tachiyomi)
(Personally, I set my default to always be Webtoon since I find even manga more easy to read that way, but you can set it on a per series basis if you only want to use it for webtoons)
If you want to change it only for a specific series, here's how to change the Reading mode. Just open up any chapter in that series, tap on the screen, then tap the marked bits.
