Balanced is gonna be hard. A lot of shows from this years spring season fit into the more com side.
Komi-san is good and has 2 parts so it should fit into the longer end of your scale.
A lot people like Kaguya-san Love is War but that has multiple seasons so that might be a bit longer than you're looking for.
This seasons I'm the villainess so I'm taming the final boss seems like it might have an ok romance and the comedy has been decent so far so you might enjoy that.
Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie has a good manga but I wasn't able to keep up with the anime, more com but has it's rom bit every once in a while, just not sure how many the anime actually got too.
Toradora is usually pretty high on a lot people's lists and it has good com and a fulfilled rom.
Tsuredure Children is a shorter series that follows a bunch of individual couple in a school as they interact and get closer, good for a binge.

I think Beastars does a decent job of masking it by the fact of so much of the show being CGI (ie it doesn't pop out as much if everything is all done that way).
Generally, I see the most people complaining when the CGI stands out as inconsistent with the stuff around it (like CGI horses next to 2d people)
