every time you trigger bloom, they get stacks, and then they use those stacks to deal more damage. that's it. they just call the damage you deal "lunar bloom" so that they could make up a new damage formula for how the dmg is calced.

and i refined my rotation to stack as much damage as possible while i could continually white and yellow stagger the boss

i can now comfortably build my physical team without duress now

actually a miracle run

i was able to fit in ake ult and ard CS BS and get a 168k final strike of my enhanced bs

my highest damage laev bs ever

and then i was able to keep the boss staggered for one full yellow phase and one white phase before it started moving

and i was able to break it into yellow fast enough to just kill it after it settled down again
